Warranty and Returns Policy

WARRANTY:

OST provides a one year warranty as per the warranty issued from the manufacturer. We do not sell any used or refurbished items and all the items we have on our website are brand new. We also provide onsite service and repairs for each product at an extra charge, as mentioned on each product page. If you have any concerns regarding warranty of an item, you can always contact our Customer Sales Representative who will be happy to clarify your queries.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE:

Please note, it may take up to 10 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item.
Please note that shipping fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product, however, will be refunded.

RETURNS EXCLUSIONS:

Products that are damaged including its packaging and/or with missing components.

ORGANISING RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOMERS:

To organize a return or exchange, please complete the following steps within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please head to the CONTACT US page and fill out your order details in the form.
In the message section, mention your order number as well as product details and what is the problem with the product
When finished, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “SEND”.
Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/exchange.
You will be updated how long it will take depending on the product.

OST RIGHTS:

OST reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
Returns made outside of the 7-day time frame will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
